Equipment must be OEM-running and within normal operating conditions to qualify. Non-qualifying equipment will be scheduled for a Maintenance Ticket instead.

Qualifying equipment must be exclusively serviced by BGE and operate within OEM specifications. A full-day site assessment is required before any contract is signed.
After-hours and graveyard rates available for non-contract clients. Contract clients receive preferred scheduling and rates.
